We currently deliver to the Netherlands. All orders are shipped from Groningen, the Netherlands.

Processing time: 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery time: 1–4 working days depending on location.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Returns

Because our olive oil is a food product, we can only accept returns if:

• The product was damaged during delivery, or

• You received the wrong item.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@kommatasoliveoil.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for opened bottles or used products.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours after purchase as we usually prepare orders very quickly.
