Where Nature and Tradition Meet
Our family’s olive groves lie in Fthiotida, Greece, where the mountains meet the sea and the air smells of wild herbs.
It was there, among the olive trees, that my grandparents met one working in the groves, the other tending her family’s land. Their love grew between the branches, and together they began a tradition that still continues today.
Generation after generation, we’ve cared for those same trees with patience, respect, and love for the land. In a tradition passed down through our family, we carefully blend the rich flavour of Koroneiki olives with select edible olive varieties. This unique combination gives our cold-pressed oil its signature fruity and slightly spicy finish.
Each harvest, we cold press our olives by hand, believing as our grandparents did that good things take time.
